Bottled Water Facts

    Bottled Water Calculator

  • The most common way to determine how much water the average individual needs is to take total body weight and divide it in half. This gives the approximate number of ounces of water that person should drink per day. For example, an individual that weighs 128 lbs should drink 64 ounces of water per day, or eight 8-ounce bottles. Individuals who are physically active or live in hot climates may need to drink more water than the average individual.
