Bottled Water Facts
-
The most common way to determine how many ounces of water on average a person needs per day is to take total body weight and divide it in half. For example, an individual that weighs 128 lbs should drink 64 ounces of water per day, or eight 8-ounce bottles. People who are physically active or live in hot climates may need to drink more water than average.
